Accessibility & compliance
Audits, document remediation, inclusive research and Title II readiness, run as engagements that end in evidence, not a report on a shelf. We have built to WCAG 2.1 AAA, remediated 600+ PDFs in one month and hold our own site to WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Title II & Section 504 readiness
ADA Title II requires state and local governments to make their websites and documents, PDFs included, meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We run the program end to end: assess, remediate, certify, and keep it that way.
- Accessibility audits
We test your websites, portals and apps against WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 AA with automated tools, manual review and assistive technology. You get every issue ranked, the fix explained and a retest that shows it worked.
- Document & PDF remediation
We make your PDFs and other documents accessible at volume, to WCAG 2.1 AA, and certify each one. For the New Mexico Department of Health we remediated 600+ PDFs in one month.
- Inclusive research & plain language
We research with the people a service most often fails, including people with disabilities, and write content they can read the first time. Tech4Me went from 74 questions to 11, at a 3rd–6th-grade reading level.
