Alfonso is an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. He has worked in a number of industries including automotive, telecommunications and IT consulting. He earned his Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from University of Sonora (UNISON). Quality delivery is at the core of our professional services model and Alfonso plays a critical role in mapping client business requirements to the Base22 application solution.

Alfonso has worked with numerous client stakeholders. By working collaboratively with Base22 clients, he is able to clearly define the very best solution for each project. His deliverables include detailed requirements with supporting user acceptance test cases that ensure the solution meets the business goals for each client. His client portfolio includes Taco Bell, CNH Industrial, Honda of North America, BP, WPS Health Solutions, BUNGE, ,PepsiCo and a well known luxury retailer.
