Don’t believe the old cliche about great minds thinking alike. When you think about the most interesting and influential people, those whose thoughts and actions have shaped the world we live in, they definitely do not think alike, in fact it is their ability to think different that made them important and successful.
Looking for heroes
As a new company, we have put a lot of thought into who we are, and who we want to be. We are constantly questioning and refining our process and methods, brainstorming and debating everything from the wording of our corporate values, to the kinds of art we should hang on the wall. One suggestion for the latter was to hang portraits of great scientists and artists, the people who inspire us – inspirational men an women whose contributions to art, science, literature, philosophy, business, or technology have had an influence on our world.
